For this, we are equipped for the preparation of gluten-free foods and are organized in the welcome of those suffering from food intolerance; our kitchen’s staff , experience full and professional, is able to guarantee maximum safety, quality and expertise also from this point of view.

Starting with breakfast, in our hotel Bellaria with gluten-free cooking, we provide corn flakes, crackers, biscuits, yogurt, bread sticks, homemade cakes, while for lunch and dinner you can find bread, cereals- pasta, tasty main dishes, appetizers and desserts buffet.

Of course all gluten-free products are placed in a separate restaurant area inside of our Hotel Bellaria for Celiacs, thus avoiding the risk of contamination with other foods.
